In order to receive the Catch a Vibe newsletter, we need your email address. Catch a Vibe will not disclose your email or any personal information to any third party without your consent.

Anti-Spam
Catch a Vibe does not buy, rent, or sell email addresses. All emails sent include links to unsubscribe, allowing users to automatically and immediately remove themselves from subscription lists. The only way to receive Catch a Vibe is to subscribe to it.

Unsubscribe
Users may always opt out of receiving Catch a Vibe newsletters by clicking on the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of each newsletter.

Giveaways
Catch a Vibe regularly requests information from users via giveaways. Participation in these is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose any information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and email.) Catch a Vibe reserves the right to publish all information submitted for the giveaways on its Giveaways section and in the newsletters.

Send Events
Whenever readers use the “email” function to forward information about events and articles to others, the recipients are NOT added to any distribution lists.

Log Files
Catch a Vibe uses IP addresses and email addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movements, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.

Sharing

Catch a Vibe shares aggregated demographic profiles with our partners and advertisers. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.

Links
Both the Catch a Vibe mailers and website contain links to other sites. Catch a Vibe is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. This privacy statement applies solely to information directly collected by Catch a Vibe.

Catch a Vibe takes every precaution to protect users’ information. All user-related information is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. Furthermore, all employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices.
